The disaster recovery data center is hosted in an 89,000sf facility. The site has 24x7x365 electronic and physical security, biometric screening, and CCTV surveillance; as well as fully redundant diesel power backup and multiple power feeds from separate substations. World-class network gateway services

FirstView aggregates payment transaction data through a world-class gateway service provider that manages over 35 billion transactions and $1.2 trillion of payments a year. The gateway is connected to both the primary and backup data centers through 1GBS MPLS circuits with dedicated fiber channels on-premise.

Quality and compliance assurance

FirstView processes, controls, and systems are audited under SSAE 18 SOC1 and SOC2, PCI-DSS, GLBA, and HIPAA standards annually.
