Bob Raffo is the President of FirstView Financial, leading people, strategy, and revenue. Since joining the organization in 2017, Bob has spearheaded the evolution of FirstView Financial into a healthcare fintech. Now solely focused on developing innovative solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturers, patient support services, and healthcare providers, the company enables its clients to provide highly effective and dynamic patient affordability programs with claims processing and omni-channel payments. Bob is a motivational leader who is constantly challenging his team to create disruptive and visionary healthcare fintech solutions that address the needs of underserved populations and enable affordability.

Bob joined FirstView Financial from ConnectiveRX, formerly PSKW, where he was Senior Vice President responsible for the PSKW integration with PDR, as well as leading strategic innovation initiatives. As Chief Financial Officer at PSKW, he led the successful recapitalization of the company, resulting in a significant equity investment from Genstar Capital. Previously, he also held the role of Vice President of Information Technology at Cardinal Health. Bob’s 25-year plus career has spanned the pharmaceutical, payments processing, accounting, publishing, and manufacturing industries, including founding two successful start-ups.

Bob earned a BS in Business and Economics from Lehigh University.
