- FirstPoynt Direct: A hosted, client-branded offering
where the client's buyers can log in and access bill/invoice information and make
payments. FirstView manages the log in and authentication process.
- FirstPoynt Portal: A hosted, client-branded site
to which the client's buyers are transferred seamlessly via "single sign-on" (SSO)
to FirstPoynt. Buyers are not required to log in again to access our payment function.
- FirstPoynt Frames: A hosted solution that permits
FirstPoynt to operate within the web presence (frames) of our clients. Buyers see
the identical web borders throughout the online payment experience.
- Customer Service Representative (CSR) Module: A hosted
web-based solution that enables CSRs, agents or other representatives to accept
payments on behalf of buyers/customers. This module is suited for entities that
wish to accept payments from inbound calls and walk-ins (over-the-counter). It also
supports outbound calls for collections and credit purposes.
- Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Module: A hosted,
automated and telephone-based solution for accepting payments via touch tone telephone.
